Key Accounts Manager 大客户经理
Responsibilities:

1 Take overall responsibility to reach Frako and Sasil budget agreed between RSM and GM/DGM
完成与区域销售经理、总经理/副总经理达成一致的关于Frako和Sasil产品的销售目标
2 Collect project list monthly and coordinate the activities for project following,support sales to promote Frako and Sasil product
每月收集项目信息,协调项目的运作,协助销售推广Frako和Sasil产品"   
3 Support JMC for accurate forecast and coordinate with GM/DGM, DC for safety stock
提供准确的销售预测,保持安全库存  
4 Collect and analyse the win or loss reason and share the experience to sales
收集和分析成功、失败案例,将成功经验分享给销售团队 
5 Periodically report to Superior about market, competitors, cutomers, forecasts etc
定期向其主管报告关于市场、竞争对手、客户、销售预测等方面的信息  
6 Take cost control for the daily business activities
日常销售费用控制  
7 Check the project and feedback the price target and discount to his supervisor
审核项目信息,向其主管反馈目标价格和折扣  
8 Coordinate with Technical support for pre and after sales service

9 Communicate with Frako company and periodically update the product information and new solution
与德国Frako公司联系,定期更新Frako产品信息和解决方案

OEM Development Manger OEM行业拓展经理

Responsibilities:
1. Sysmatically develop OEM branch strategy and branch-know and potential customer data base
系统地发展OEM市场和相关行业的战略以及潜在的客户群 
2. Support regional OEM sales in the direction of assigned branches and reach the common OEM budget
给销售指明目标市场,帮助他们达到OEM目标  
3. Develop and update OEM sales book with OEM TL and Sales, including market information, target branch, products to be applied, standard ppt etc

Responsibilities

1 Fulfill the set budget agreed with RSM

3 Establish long term relationship with existing customers
与已有客户建立长期合作关系"

职位:     北方区电力系统业务经理

汇报对象: 北方大区经理

PU团队:  北方大区(包括北京、天津、重庆,河北、山西、陕西、甘肃、山东、辽宁、黑龙江,成都等)专门开发电力系统业务的团队,主要推广金米勒熔断器隔离开关、尤其是应用于电力行业低压配电网中的低压电缆分支箱系统,完成团队销售任务。

岗位职责:

1)  负责北方区省级、市级电力系统业务开发,包括发展重点目标客户以及渠道合作

2)  促进产品在电力行业入围,完成团队以及个人销售目标

3)  提供项目投招标支持、提供技术以及应用方案

4)  协调北方区成套项目与合资厂的合作任务

5)  制定团队销售计划和销售预算,对销售费用进行控制和管理

6)  协助公司制定并执行针对电力系统业务的营销战略规划,并提供市场准确信息报告

 

职位要求:

1)电气、电力等相关专业,大学专科或以上学历

2)有事业心、责任心和团队合作精神;为人正直诚实,工作努力

3)有8年以上的电力行业销售工作经历,具备职业化市场营销能力

4)有电力行业工作背景或电力系统大客户资源者优先

5) 要求英语有听、说、写能力
